Getting Started

1. Click the button below to notify our team you will be looking for a relet, and to acknowledge your responsibilities as the current lease holder.
2. Your balance must be zero to start the relet process
3. Pay the relet fee (will not exceed 85% of one month's rent)
4. Find a potential candidate. YOU are responsible for finding the individual to take over your lease and ensuring they complete their end of the process.
5. Have the incoming resident apply. The individual who is taking over your contract must apply, sign, and be APPROVED before your relet is completed.

Move Out Process

*once relet is approved

1. Move all items out of unit and turn in keys a minimum of 5 business days before relet move-in date.
2. Final Statement with move-out charges will be emailed after an inspection has been completed.
3. Pay all outstanding damages and fees on account.
4. Complete your move-out checklist (update refund account, etc.)
5. Check in with office to make sure you are all set!
