

Prior to Move In
Before move-in, be sure to check your assigned move-in time—sent via email over the summer. These times are designed to keep the process running smoothly. You'll also need to complete your Move-In Checklist, available in your Resident Portal under Messages & Alerts and sent via email. This must be completed before you can receive your keys.

Move-in Essentials
As you prepare for the big day, we recommend packing a separate tote bag with your must-have essentials—things you’ll want easy access to during the move. We know moving can feel overwhelming, so we’ve created a handy checklist of what to bring on day one to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When You Arrive
Move-in made easy — just follow the map and stay in your car!
Aspire offers a fully drive-thru move-in experience to keep things simple and stress-free. When you arrive at the garage, our team will be there to greet and guide you through the process. From your car, you'll receive: • Your apartment keys • Parking details • Your “All About Aspire” move-in packet Once directed to your parking spot, our professional movers—provided free of charge—will help unload your belongings and deliver them straight to your apartment. It’s that easy. Welcome to Aspire!


Parking
The Aspire parking garage will be open from 8 AM to 7 PM on move-in day. Residents without a reserved parking spot for the Fall lease term must exit the garage by 7 PM to avoid towing. Each resident is allowed to bring up to two vehicles into the garage. Please note that trailers are not permitted in Aspire’s parking garage. Any additional vehicles or trailers will be directed to park elsewhere within the District.

Inventory & Condition
Once you’ve received your keys, the Aspire team will upload an electronic Inventory & Condition Form to your resident portal. This required checklist must be completed within 48 hours. You'll walk through your apartment, room by room, documenting and photographing any pre-existing damage or imperfections you notice. This step is important—it ensures our team is aware of any existing issues and helps protect you from being held responsible for damages that weren’t caused by you at move-out. {embed_1}
