How does parking work?
We have limited reserved parking for residents who choose parking in their application. Residents will receive an Aspire-specific parking decal and gate sensor tag to enter our garage on move-in day. All guests and visitors may park around the exterior of the community.
Do you do roommate matching?
Roommate matching is very popular in our community. We take this process very seriously so you can be comfortable in your home. You will answer our in-depth personality questions on our application so we can best match you with your future roommate and friend!
Do you have a bus route?
Due to our location just steps from Texas State, we are not on a campus bus route. If your classes are located further than you wish to walk, we are conveniently located across the street from Texas State’s Shuttle Route 14 (Campus Loop). Shuttles leave every 10 minutes from Wood St at The Arch.
Can I have a specific bedroom, on a specific floor, in a specific apartment?
The more specific you are on your preference, the better your chances are of receiving what you want! However, as hard as we try to get you what you prefer, we cannot and do not guarantee your preferences. The sooner you sign your lease, the best opportunity you will have to be the first to choose from all our incredible apartments.
What is the internet speed?
We know you rely heavily on the Internet to complete your schoolwork. We include 3G service to our building with wireless internet at 300 Mbps upload and download speed.
How can I cancel my lease?
Although we don’t want to see you go, Aspire San Marcos offers a relet process that allows you to find a replacement resident to take over the remainder of your lease contract. Once the new lessee is fully approved, your agreement will be terminated. See our Reletting Information page for more details.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You can pay online with a credit card or your checking account information. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or credit cards in the office.
Do you have community events for the residents to mingle and meet?

Do you provide a meal plan?
Aspire San Marcos does not provide meal plans for the residents. Each resident is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing them to make some of their favorite dishes at any time. We are also steps away from various dining options such as Chipotle, Taco Bell, Italian Garden, and much more!
What is the difference between Terrace, Skyline and Penthouse premiums?
All of our floorplans are the same size; however, Terrace, Skyline, and Penthouse primarily differ due to the floor level in which the apartments are. Floors 5-8 are our Terrace apartments. Floors 9-12 are the skyline apartments. Last but not least, our Penthouse apartments are on the 13th floor. Beyond just the breathtaking views overlooking San Marcos from the comfort of your apartment, our Penthouse upgrades include exclusive elevator access to the 13th floor, exclusive access to the Penthouse Lounge, 10’ Ceiling in living and bedrooms, upgraded kitchen and bathroom finishes, vinyl flooring throughout, 65” living room Smart TV, and living room accent wall. How does Valet Waste work?
Valet Waste is an additional amenity Aspire San Marcos can offer our residents. You will be provided a waste bin that you will set out during an allotted time frame for a representative to pick up each night. You will no longer need to argue with your roommates over who takes out the trash!
Are the amenities open 24/7?
All of our amenities except our pool deck will be open 24/7. We understand that college students are busy during the day, so you can enjoy our state-of-the-art fitness center, study café, and more whenever your schedule allows!
What is your pet policy?
We love pets! We understand your pets are part of your family, which means finding a home that welcomes all of you! Although we require pets to be at least 1 year of age, we do not have a weight limit. Please contact the office at 512.975.4321 if you have any questions about our breed restrictions.
What does it mean to be LEED Certified?
LEED is a green living certification and stands for Leadership in Energy and Environment Design. Aspire San Marcos has low-flow water fixtures, double-paned windows, Energy Star appliances, and high-grade air filters. All of which reduces your energy use from 17-30%!
How do I acquire Renters Insurance?
At Aspire San Marcos, you must provide proof of renter’s insurance before moving in or being auto-enrolled in our liability waiver program. This is only $13.95 per month, and you will be automatically opted in unless you provide proof of your own renter’s insurance policy. The liability waiver program is not a renter’s insurance policy, and personal property will not be covered. If you choose to provide your own renter’s insurance, you must have at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage and upload your Declaration Page to Foxen.com for verification.
What if I can't find a guarantor?
We also offer a Guarantor Waiver Program for our residents to qualify without a guarantor. This program is $53 per month and automatically added when a guarantor is not provided.
